SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DOMESTIC Shipping – All orders are shipped USPS Ground. Rates are based on your Zip Code/Postal Code. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping – Please note: We do our best to keep Customs costs down, however customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States. Because these laws and fees can change over time, ONLY YOURx encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. ONLY YOURx does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. ONLY YOURx will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

RETURNS

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR INVOICE BEFORE PLACING A RETURN! Make sure the items you received match what you ordered on your invoice.

All orders must be authorized for return before they are sent back to us through the mail. Please do not send your order for return without authorization. If your order is sent to us through mail without proper authorization, we reserve the right to keep your order and your order will not be sent back under any circumstances. To get authorization on an exchange, please contact us via e-mail at: customerservice@onlyyourx.com Be sure to include your order number which is located on the invoice sent with your item(s) and you will be sent back an authorization for your return.

Items must be in their original form (unopened in original packaging). The packing slip and return authorization form must be included. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of use, tampering or damage.
